Stats Key:

Jam - Jams skated as the team's Jammer

Pivot -Jams skated as the team's Pivot

Block - Jams skated as one the team's three Blockers

% of track time - Percentage of team jams skated by the skater

Lead - Number of times the skater attained lead jammer status

Lead Jam % - Number of lead jams divided by the skater's total jams skated at jammer

Points Scored - Points scored as the team's jammer

Avg Points Per Jam - Number of points scored divided by the skater's total jams skated at jammer (not including jams as a pivot who has been passed the star)

+/- ratio to opposing jammer (bout stats) - Points scored by the skater minus points scored by each of the skater's opposing jammers

P+B - Number of jams skated as a pivot or blocker

PF - Points scored by a skater's team while she is in the lineup as a pivot or blocker

PA - Points scored against a skater's team while she is in the lineup as a pivot or blocker

Offense - Average points scored by a skater's team while she is in the lineup as a pivot or blocker MINUS Average points scored by that skater's team while she is in NOT the lineup as a pivot or blocker ... a high positive score is better ... If a skater blocked or pivoted a small number of jams her score is likely to be unreliable. Scores should be taken within a team context and not compared across teams, even in a single game

Defense - Average points scored against a skater's team while she is in the lineup as a pivot or blocker MINUS Average points scored against that skater's team while she is in NOT the lineup as a pivot or blocker ... a high negative score indicates better performance ... If a skater blocked or pivoted a small number of jams her score is likely to be unreliable. Scores should be taken within a team context and not compared across teams, even in a single game

Cumulative - Offense MINUS Defense ... a high positive score indicates better performance

Minor - Minor penalties assessed to the skater - four minor penalties result in a one-minute stay in the penalty box

Major - Major penalties assessed to the skater - one major penalty results in a one-minute stay in the penalty box

Jams in box - Number of times the skater was sent to the penalty box

Plus/Minus (season stats) - Points scored by skater's team while she is on the track (at any position) minus points scored against her team while she is on the track (at any position)

MP Per Jam - (Modified) Penalties per jam - Minors plus Majors x 4 divided by jams - A low number indicates a clean skater - Used to emphasize frequency and severity of fouls while reflecting amount of play
